Perhaps it’s time to convert the den into a guest room. Small spaces may show off a cozy chic look with just a few key touches. A bold teal wall anchors this small space, flanked by white shutters and walls. The raised platform bed has an essential puffy white comforter, with the echo of bold color mimicked in a dark, wide stripe. A chandelier, wide headboard and shelf for lighting, plus artwork, a muted patterned rug, a favorite chair and throw blanket with an accent pillow complete the space. The owners are Samuel and Caitlin Dowe-Sandes of Moroccan tile company Popham Design.
